The Story
As part of a larger redevelopment, this site was once home to the Old-Fashion Mall. It now anchors the southern end of the masterplan, featuring the final phase of multi-family residences with live-work spaces.
The project is rooted in a contemporary industrial–influenced residential design, expressed through clean geometry, strong vertical proportions, and a restrained material palette.
