The Story
The first of two multi-family blocks to be constructed within the expansive 200+ acre masterplan of Mainstreet at Coconut Creek.
The buildings express a modern contemporary architectural language, defined by glass box corner elements, anchoring tower forms, brick cladding at the ground level, and playful laser-cut panels. The color palette is inspired by the Pura Vida concept, incorporating soft, warm beiges and natural wood-like tones that bring warmth and balance to the design.
A key feature of the project is “The Jewel Box”—a glass volume framed by a wall-clad portal that welcomes future residents into the lobby lounge. This arrival experience is highlighted by a skylit space centered around a sculptural tree element, creating a striking and memorable moment.
