THE STORY

The first multifamily project to be developed within the LIVE! Resorts Pompano large scale mixed use and entertainment development.

Indigo Pompano Beach features modern-forward mid-rise buildings and townhomes, defined by a dynamic interplay of framed façades. Each building is distinguished through the use of color, creating a cohesive yet varied identity across the development. Building entrances are highlighted with wood-look cladding, adding warmth and texture. At the heart of the community is the centerpiece clubhouse, marked by its original butterfly roof design.
