The Story

The design of this project draws inspiration from the timeless charm of the British West Indies. At the heart of the community, there is a two-story clubhouse that offers a variety of amenities, including a mailroom, leasing office, spacious lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a modern co-working area. The residential area consists of five-story buildings, with three unique architectural styles: Type I, Type II, and Type III.
